Westbound Custom Firearms is dedicated to your satisfaction. We value every customer and want to make sure you have the best experience with us, our products, services, website, and shopping experience. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions you might have.
Refund / Cancellations:
Orders for product can only be cancelled before they have shipped. If you need to cancel an order please call us at (208)761-3683 or email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can cancel the order and not ship it out. If it has already shipped please look at the returns section on how to return the product. If you cancel the order we can no reverse it. You will have to place a new order.
If you have sent in a firearm, slide, or other product for us to perform work on and would like to cancel you must tell us before we start any work. If we have started work on your order you may be responsible for the labor that was performed prior to order cancellation. You will also be liable for return shipping of the canceled order back to you.
All sales of firearms, custom, and special orders are final.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase you can return any new/unused item within 30 days for a full refund. No refunds will be given after 30 days. Any item that has been installed can not be returned. Please contact us prior to sending product back to get a return authorization.
Custom work can not be returned. Please contact us if you are not happy with any custom work that we have performed and we will work it out.
We strive to ship every order out as fast as possible. All in stock items should ship out by the next business day. We ship either USPS or UPS depending on which is best for the product shipping. All firearms must ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, UPS or US Postal service. All firearms must ship to a FFL dealer to complete the transaction. For all custom work we will try and provide as accurate as possible of a lead time. There are factors that can change any lead time. If you have any question at all or want the most current lead time please contact us.
Westbound Custom Firearms will not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
